As Shilpa researched more into the cars she was interested in, there was an abundance of information available but not all of it was straightforward for her. “There was plenty of information available on the internet,” she explains, “but the context was missing and it was difficult to understand what I needed in my car.”

Shilpa and her son were ready with excitement to welcome their new car to their home.
