Porsche, the popular German Car Maker is all set to showcase new facelifts and powertrains for the Porsche Macan, Taycan, 911 GTS, Panamera GTS and 911 GT3 RS. While some of the names are in the existing Indian automotive market, the others are completely new introductions. Let’s take a look at the highlights

Porsche Macan EV
The Macan EV is set to make its Indian debut at the Auto Expo 2025. This luxury SUV has the signature sporty handling that comes with a Porsche along with electric technology. The interiors are very much inspired from the Taycan with three screens and a rounded fascia. This good-looking SUV comes equipped with a 100 kWh battery and can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds! It supports DC fast charging as well making the charging time super fast. The estimated WLTP range is 641 kms which means longer distances can be covered easily. The prices for the Macan EV will range from Rs.1.22 – 1.69 crores and will have three variants.
Porsche Taycan Facelift
Porsche’s electric flagship, the Taycan is set to get a facelift, and will be showcased at the Auto Expo 2025. The facelift’s focus is primarily on updating the performance and also making its existing features more futuristic. The India lineup for the Taycan includes two variants- 4s and Turbo. The exterior has received subtle upgrades like a cleaner bumper and revised LED headlights. The real change has happened under the hood with a new battery and revised cell chemistry. The new Taycan will have power ranging from 517hp for the 4S variant and 707hp on the Turbo variant. The range is now up to a maximum of 678 km on the WLTP cycle. Coming to the pricing in India, it is set to be between Rs. 1.89 to 2.53 Crores.
Porsche 911 GTS
Built on the ICE platform, the 911 gets a new hybrid powertrain. This updated 911 will be showcased at the Auto Expo and is definitely going to garner the attention of fans of the iconic 911. The new hybrid setup features a 3.6-litre six-cylinder boxer engine and a compact 1.9 kWh liquid-cooled lithium ion battery. Together the power output can be estimated to be around 548PS and can go up to 610Nm. Besides the magic under the hood, the exterior gets stylish aero flaps and a revised spoiler. The interior tweaks include 12.6 inch digital driver’s display, 10.9 inch touchscreen and advanced technology features with ambient lighting.
Porsche Panamera GTS
The third generation Panamera will be showcased at the Auto Expo 2025. The popular luxury sedan now has a sleeker silhouette and Taycan inspired dark-tinted headlights. The interiors now have a darkened theme and screens everywhere. Moreover, a Bose sound system, ventilated seats and four-zone climate control just add to the luxurious feel of the car. The 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 engine delivers 353 PS and 500 Nm, paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, achieving a 0-100 kmph sprint in 5.1 seconds. The Panamera GTS will be priced at Rs. 1.69 Crore (ex-showroom).
