The facelifted avatar of glorious Audi Q7 has entered the Indian luxury space on the ex-showroom price of ₹79.99 – 88.33 lakhs. “There is no better way to start the year than launching a car that has been an absolute favorite in India,“ stated Mr. Balbir Singh Dhillon, head of Audi India.
The new Audi Q7 has heated up the luxury SUV rivalry with the other competitors being Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5, and Volvo XC90. Since the seven-seater luxury SUV has remained among the most praised luxury offerings in India, let’s see what the facelifted Audi Q7 has to offer.
Renewed Exterior
While retaining its traditional statesman appearance, the restyled exterior reveals Audi’s intent to keep the Q7 in line with the rest of their offerings. Keeping the platform and wheelbase of 2,994mm unchanged, the new length of 5,063 mm is 11mm longer than before. The revised front end features a larger octagonal grille housing vertical chrome sticks flanked by sleeker LED headlamps and new LED DRLs. The sportier bumper features larger air dams along with beefier cladding. On the rear, there is a revised bumper and the refreshed tail lamps are linked by a chrome strip helping the SUV look wider.
Refreshed Interior
The interior is where major revision has taken place in the Q7. Just like its elder sibling Audi Q8, an all-new dashboard features Audi’s twin-touchscreen MMI infotainment system that comprises a 10.1-inch touchscreen and an 8.6-inch touchscreen for climate control. There is a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster as well buffing up the premium interior appeal along with piano black and brushed aluminum accents.
