In 2019, the New Motor Vehicle Amendment Act was enforced by the Government of India to impose stringent rules on traffic violators and enhance road safety. In line with the new traffic regulations, the Traffic Police now issue e-Challans in Bangalore for traffic violations in the city. 

An e-Challan is a computer-generated challan that mentions the traffic fine and details of the traffic rule violated. How to Pay Bangalore Traffic E-Challan Online

The online payment portal of Paytm can be used to pay e-Challan fines in Bangalore. This cashless method of payment can be used to pay traffic e-Challan fines on spot or at any convenient time.

Using Paytm Mobile App

• Step 1: Click on the Paytm mobile app on the phone

• Step 2: Scroll down to the ‘Recharge and Bill Payment’ option
