For this, we at Spinny are providing our customers with a free of charge Home Delivery for purchases made after the COVID-19 lockdown.
How does it work?
Home Delivery for your next car from Spinny is available on all cars on our platform. Once your payment for the Spinny Assured car is processed, your car will be prepared for delivery directly to your doorstep. This will help you keep outside exposure to a minimum and increase your safety.
- On the day the car is scheduled for delivery, the car is taken to our workshop and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized again to eliminate the risk of spreading any virus and to ensure your safety.
- The relationship manager available at the hub would help in finalizing all the paperwork to complete the buying process if it hasn’t been done earlier. If possible, the paperwork will be completed digitally.
- Our delivery truck will bring the car to your residence. All personnel, including our relationship manager will wear face masks and gloves at all times to ensure your safety.
- Our relationship manager will complete any remaining paperwork and handover the car to you with minimal contact.
What precautions should you take during the delivery?
While we take every precaution to ensure that you and your family remain safe from any infections, we request that you also take some precautions to further secure your test drive experience.
- If you or a family member has a fever or has any other symptoms related to COVID-19, please postpone your delivery to a later date.
- Please use the glove and hand sanitizer provided by our relationship manager. You are free to use a face mask of your choice. The use of face mask and gloves during the delivery is mandatory
- Please refrain from any contact with our relationship manager.
disappointed with the customer care. Absolutely not customer oriented. Ever since I have paid the token money to buy the car, no one has called once to update or understand if there is any thing which is stuck in the process or how can we help. Before the token money, I was getting 10 calls each day from customer care and sales team.
Not a hood culture. Shall not buy the car from here even if I have spend more at other places like cars 24 or car Dekho..
