The anticipative buzz is over; Mahindra has finally rolled out the Mahindra XUV700. Looks like, the 7-Seater SUV, Mahindra’s new flagship has outshined all the rivals right after its arrival. Along with many class-leading attributes that the XUV700 has, the SUV has much to offer. Let’s look into what Mahindra intends to serve through the Mahindra XUV700.

Mahindra XUV700 Exteriors

The stance of the Mahindra XUV700 resembles many cues of its predecessor XUV500, though there are many distinguishable elements. Underpinned by a fresh W601 platform the bolder-looking 7-seater SUV comfortably supports the bigger size and huge rear overhang. The outwardly arched vertical slats on the grill in the front fascia clearly differentiate it from XUV500. The contour of the grill is stretched over new LED headlamps and big C-shaped DRLs.

On the side, a beltline links both the wheel arches formed by the deep crease on the side panels. Smart pop-out first-in-segment door handles flushed in the body, twin five-spoke alloy wheels and silver beading underlining the window glasses are ornamenting the side profile. On the rear, there is a shark-fin antenna and the bottom corners of the slightly inclined mirror sit on the split arrow-head tail lamps.

Inside is where the magic begins. A well-contoured leatherette upholstery, dual-zone climate control, and a spacious cabin together make an immaculately cozy ambience. In the front, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster share a massive glass panel and a power-adjustable driver’s seat which slides back automatically for easy access. The 2nd row is excessively comfortable and offers more than enough headroom and legroom. The 3rd row is not just for the sake of a 7-seater, Mahindra has kept it fairly spacious for two adults.
