The couple’s need for a car arose as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic making public transport significantly more risky. “Being senior citizens, we were looking for a car for commuting comfortably in the city,” explains Jitendra as he took delivery of his car. ” However, with the ever present threat of the virus, Jitendra was wary of searching for a used car at multiple used car dealerships.
