Terms and Conditions for the Promotion of “Spinny Sweet December- Celebrating three years of partnership with Sachin Tendulkar (3 Free Cars Giveaway and a Meet with Sachin)”
1. Promotion Overview
This promotion is organized by Spinny and offers three lucky buyers the chance to win a free car and a meeting with Sachin Tendulkar through a lucky draw. The promotion is valid from 1st December 2024 to 31st December 2024.
2. Eligibility
- The promotion is open to all buyers who purchase a car from Spinny during the promotional period.
- Only buyers who have successfully completed the purchase process, including full payment and received the delivery of the car, will be eligible for the lucky draw.
- Employees of Spinny and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
3. Lucky Draw Details
- Three winners will be selected via a random lucky draw, with one winner chosen from each of the following time periods:
- 1st Winner will be chosen from the pool of Buyers who purchase a car between 1st December 2024 and 10th December 2024.
- 2nd Winner will be chosen from the pool of Buyers who purchase a car between 11th December 2024 and 20th December 2024.
- 3rd Winner will be chosen from the pool of Buyers who purchase a car between 21st December 2024 and 31st December 2024.
- The lucky draw will be conducted by Spinny, and winners will be announced within seven days after the end of each period.
- Winner shall be picked from all customers who have taken deliveries before 11th December 2024, 21st December 2024 and 1st January 2025 respectively by a chit system.
4. Prize Details
- The prize is a complete refund of the value of the car purchased by the winner excluding taxes.
- The meeting with Sachin Tendulkar will be organized at Spinny’s next ad film shoot.
- The date and time of the “Meet with Sachin” event will be finalized and communicated to customers at least 72 hours in advance.
- Spinny will arrange flight and accommodation as deemed appropriate.
- The meeting with Sachin is limited to the registered car owner only.
- The winner will be notified and must claim the prize within 30 days of the announcement. Failure to claim will result in forfeiture of the prize.
5. General Terms
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternative.
- Spinny reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant found to have violated the terms and conditions.
- Spinny reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- By participating in the promotion, buyers agree to have their names and photographs used for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Spinny shall refund the car cost within 30 days of the Registration Certificate being transferred to the Winner’s name.
- Spinny shall deduct any challan, penalty, pending charge, applicable foreclosure cost or any other additional charge arising in case of a loan undertaking by Winner from the refunded cost of the car.
- Spinny shall endeavor to provide delivery to the customer at the earliest possible on a best efforts basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spinny shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
7. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi
