Toyota has launched the ninth-generation Camry 2025 at Rs. 48 Lakh. It has been on sale in the Indian market for the past 11 years and is based on the TNGA-K platform. The latest iteration receives significant upgrades to its interior and exterior, and it also gets a new-generation hybrid motor increasing its fuel efficiency. Just like the previous model, the new Camry also finds its way to India via the CKD (completely knocked down) route. The ninth-generation Toyota Camry was introduced in the global market last year. Toyota Camry 2025 Exterior
The new Toyota Camry gets a completely revamped design. The Camry is already considered a luxury vehicle, and the new Camry’s sleek and intelligent design gives it a premium feel. The vehicle now gets a wider and broader trapezoidal grille complemented by a set of angular headlamps which feature a new design for day time running lights (DRLs). A slim chrome strip that runs across the car’s length is also new. Meanwhile, the side profile of the full size sedan features a new set of 18 inch dual tone alloy wheels. Coming to the rear, the new Camry gets a new set of LED taillights and a sleeker integrated boot lip spoiler. A thin chrome strip connects the rear reflectors set on either side of the dual-tone bumper. The whole design is a lot like the Lexus sedans and definitely borrows design cues from the Toyota Crown.
Toyota Camry 2025 Interior
The new Camry’s cabin features an upgraded 12.3-inch infotainment display, a significant upgrade from the 9-inch screen in its predecessor. Interestingly, unlike the previous gen model, the new model gets wireless connectivity for the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The infotainment system gets paired with a premium JBL audio system with nine speakers. The interior is dual-toned with ventilated front seats and a massage function for the drivers seat. A single-pane electric sunroof is the perfect complement to the elegant exterior. Other interesting features include rear powered seats with a touch-based screen for climate and seat controls, three-zone AC, wireless phone charger, and 10-inch heads-up display. Coming to the safety suite, the new Camry gets Toyota’s Safety Sense 3.0 ADAS suite with features such as pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, road sign recognition, automatic high beam and more. Other safety features include 9 airbags, parking sensors front and back and a 360-degree camera.
