The new year got off to a great start with a slew of new car launches from Skoda and Tata, as well as exciting announcements from Toyota and Audi. Skoda Slavia
After years of stagnation, Skoda propelled itself to popularity in 2021 with the Skoda Kushaq compact SUV. Revitalized and energized, Skoda announced its newest sedan, the Slavia. It has been confirmed by Zac Hollis, Director of Sales, Service, and Marketing of Skoda Auto India that the Skoda Slavia will be arriving in showrooms on 10th February. A full launch with price and customer deliveries is expected in March.

Kia has been steadily building its portfolio and the latest addition is a 7-seater MUV, the Kia Carens. The new Kia MUV is based on the same platform as the Seltos and looks to bring the same premium experience as well. The Carens is expected to launch later in February, with models already arriving at dealerships. The Kia Carens introduces Kia’s new design philosophy to India and sets the tone for the expected Kia Seltos and Sonet facelifts later in the year.

Most rumours point to a minor cosmetic facelift and the introduction of a new top-end variant.
